Engraved Birthday River Stones

Someone near you celebrates a birthday every day.  Because birthdays are special, someone you know is probably celebrating their birthday today.  Birthday wishes are different than Christmas or Hanukkah Greetings because they stretch out throughout the entire year.  Only the folks born on February 29 must wait an extra three years to celebrate their birthdays.  Most of them celebrate on March 1, even though it is not really their birthday.  It seems unfair.  I think there should be a nationwide celebration every leap year for those that had to wait so long.

How will you celebrate your birthday during 2017?  Will you be at work or will you get the day off?  As I see it, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and birthdays are time to reflect on how fortunate we are to have our friends and families.  Those should happy days without conflicts or arguments.  Gifts are nice, however when we get older, being together is more important.  However, always send greeting cards or Greeting Stones to show that you remember and that you care.

Leap Year 2016

Happy Birthday Greeting Stone

Happy Birthday Engraved Stones

Most everyone gets to celebrate their birthday every year.  Some are enthused by the thought, while it could be a downer for others.  Nonetheless, every 365 days, our birthday comes back.  However, that is not the case for leap year birthdays.  While some folks may celebrate their birthdays on March 1 or on February 28; others only celebrate on their real birthday, February 29.

2016 is different.  Leap year babies have been waiting for four years for this.  Leap year birthdays might only occur about 20 times in a lifetime, so they are very different.  If you know someone who is celebrating a leap year birthday, make it special for that person.  Greeting cards are always nice, but do something more.  Balloons, a good luck stone, and congratulations from important people will make the recipient feel extra special. Celebrate with them at lunch or dinner.  What will you do to help a leap year baby celebrate?
