Be Happy Greeting Stones

Be Happy Engraved Stones

Are you aware of the Ellyn language?  Our first born began speaking shortly before she was a year and a half. Once she started, she was non stop. But Ellyn had her own way of saying things. As an example, when her doll carriage flipped over, she came to me and said, “Daddy frit?”  She was all smiles when she could continue walking the doll. And then, she learned about the use of ing. When she began feeling sick, she told us the she was sicking. Smiling? OK. But sicking? When she was stuck, it became stucking. I gave her an empty razor so she could also shave with her raisin.

I am sure that we all have experiences remembering how our kids learned to speak. It is fun to think back. Recall those magic moments and tease them as they age. Use the same expressions as they used to and see their reaction. Make up some engraved pocket stones with those words and give them as a gift to your adult child.
