Are you feeling more tired than you should?  Try these energy boosters to feel good.

  1. Add probiotics to your supplements.  These good bacteria will repopulate the gut.  Too many bad bacteria in your gut will lead to inflammation which can cause digestive and other problems.  To help you remember to take your probiotics simply write a reminder on one of your favorite pocket stones.
  2. Eat smaller meals and have a healthy snack between meals.  Huge meals can overload your system causing damage to your cells.  Instead of a dinner plate, try serving dinner on a salad plate.  The size of dinner plates has increased significantly over the last 50 years.
  3. Reduce the sugar in your diet.  Over time, a large amount of sugar consumption will reduce your blood flow and nutrients will not reach your cells.  Consume foods rich in complex carbohydrates which contain vitamins, minerals and fiber. Foods like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, beans and lentils are great sources of complex carbs.
