Feel Good Inspirational Stones

It’s springtime!  As the temperatures rise, the pollen count also rises.  Your nose runs, your eyes itch and you suffer from sinus headaches.  What can you do to feel better?

Limit you time outside
If the pollen count is high, try to stay inside as much as possible.

Keep the windows shut
Close the windows in your home and car.  It will mean cooling with airconditioning.  It may cost more, but you’ll feel better.

Change your schedule
The pollen counts are usually higher in the morning.  If you must work outside, do it after 10 AM and wear a mask.  Shower when you come inside and put your clothing in the laundry.

Shower at night
Shower or bathe in the evening, instead of the morning, to keep the pollen out of your bed.

Use hepa or high efficiency filters
Filters or air cleaners will help reduce the pollen from the air inside your home.

Keep this information handy, under one of your favorite motivational paperweights, so you can avoid allergens.
